To maximize brand sales and market share by setting brand plans to develop consumer awareness and recall of the assigned brands.

  • Setting a detailed yearly purchase forecast for all assigned brand based on allocated sales target & divide the needed into partial shipments ( as per lead-time and seasonal requirements)
  • Rigorous Follow up with supply chain department on ordering process, PI,ETD & ETA & Custom Clearance
  • Maintain a healthy stock level during the whole year
  • Ensure that aged stock ≥ 9 months won’t contribute more than 5% from the overall all stock value where stock ≥ 1 year is Nil
  • Develop brand strategies & Communication plan across all sales channels
  • Keep the sales team updated on the brand guidelines and product portfolio.
  • Supports the development of band training material and align with the Technical training manager.
  • Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
  • Monitors the implementation of the brand plans, promotions and events to ensure the objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to check the quality of the implementation based on shared brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products.
  • Ensure the marketing material is available at all times.
  • Coordinates with the advertising team to develop the right communication messages on the advertising  material.
  • Monitor the utilization and disbursement of POSM.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities & recommend appropriate responses/action
  • Explore new sales opportunities
  • Stick to yearly target attainment
  • Initiate monthly report on the assigned brand and share findings with direct manager
  • Bi-monthly sales progress report v/s target & last year same period achievement has to be raised to Direct Manager / Discussed & followed up 
  • Monthly feedback on the executed marketing plan ( preplanned as per yearly marketing Calendar)
  • Frequently tracking & adjusting brand’s support spending to achieve budgeted levels
