1. Target achievement.
2. Controls marketing cost.
3. New countries setup & MGM.
4. Company strategy implementation for all countries.
5. Cheques safety stocks & report big orders “that may hurt it” maximum one week after its execution.
6. Build strategic relationships with VIPs & Distributors.
7. Developing strategies, solutions and tactics to achieve international business objectives.
8. Setting of annual sales forecast & marketing budget and allocate/invest funds in international business.
9. Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
10. Researches, analyses and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to minimized competitors activities impact on our business for all countries.
