To lead the implementation of quality learning and development programs aligned to business needs in the region by planning, organizing and conducting classroom training, on-the job training, follow-up and assessments and post-training support to improve employee’s performance and facilitate active learning experience.
Ensure the effective achievement of support office training objectives through the leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating team members, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the regional store of learning.
Recommend learning intervention to internal customers by analyzing the learning objectives, expected outcomes, and requirements to ensure learning effectiveness.
3.Learning Program Delivery:
Coordinate and deliver relevant learning programs by following up with HRBP, Head of Department in support office to get participants, providing classroom training and on-the-job training to learners (level 4 and above) to improve the employees’ performance and productivity.
4.Personal Development Plan:
Develop and implement personal development plan for level 4 and above employees in support office with HRBP by conducting relevant assessment, interviewing the employees and selecting appropriate learning, theoretical and practical to improve the performance of selected employees.
Ensure the quality of learning programs by monitoring program delivery by the trainers to ensure consistency and standardization of message, and share the feedback received about the training to design and development team to ensure meeting the learning objectives and expectations.
6.Learning Experience Design:
Design and develop total learning experience by analyzing user needs, conducting research, and proposing learning contents, activities and assessment that align with business needs and best practices to improve the learners’ competency
7.Development Skills Metrix:
Develop Skills Metrix for support office (behavioral and functional) by creating, sourcing and selecting appropriate methodology to design and develop learning and development programs for support office.
Ensure the quality of learning programs by comparing/benchmarking the programs with best practices, visiting and getting the feedback from end users to ensure the learning programs meet the expectations.
Consolidate relevant reports on the regional performance by using the dashboard and templates to update relevant stakeholders with the training results, utilization of resources and performance evaluation.
10.Policies and Procedures:
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Store of Learning activity so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
