  1. Managing and supporting the operational rollout of the Customer Care Program in KSA
  2. Follow up and reslove escalations from customer complaints within SLA
  3. Drive continual process improvement through monitoring, benchmarking and investigation of any customer dissatisfactions or complaints
  4. Monitor and track customer support performance at market level and identify areas of improvement
  5. Introduce and monitor appropriate measurement of key performance indicators (call center and in-store)
