1-Answering customers emails and solving customer related issues

2-Following up with different departments to ensure customers inquiries, issues or questions are fulfilled.

3-Collaborating with other departments to ensure that every department is aligned in matters of customers shipping, invoices and replacements.

4-Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure a proper resolution

5-Daily check-up for customer queries on different user platforms

6- Other Ad hoc duties as and when required.
