- Responsible for setting the overall Sales
- Plan and implement strategies to meet MTM Group membership and marketing goals promoting aggressive marketing campaigns designed to build and retain club membership.
- Responsible for the development and execution of club prospecting/marketing plan targeting all membership market segments quarterly and annually. Follow up, measure, and execute. Make changes as necessary.
- Implements all processes, programs and procedures relating to prospective members, membership applications, new member orientation program and club tours
- Secure Corporate deals by means of using various sales strategies and set targets for annual percentage of sales in corporate deals.
- Collaborate with marketing department to produce effective campaigns by creating and implementing sale strategies.
- Follows policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to club level teams.
- This role also requires a strategic, collaborative, cross-functional skill-set to partner closely with MTM Group departmental heads and Managers, as well as our Operations.
- Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.
- Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success.
- Provides sales perspective in the development of category/brand annual, monthly and initiative sales forecasts.
