On behalf of a newly established hospitality division, we are seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager for their Riyadh operations.
Reporting to the General Manager you will manage a small team, and provide comprehensive HR and Administrative functions to support the business including plan, direct, and coordinate HR management activities to achieve the business strategy.
• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Responsible for managing HR and admin needs including developing and implementing policies and procedures. Maintain an effective human resource planning process.
• Review and update the Administration Department policies and procedures. Ensure effective implementation of Policies and Procedures to meet corporate standards.
• Oversee and facilitate all governmental transactions, budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs
• Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain HR records.
• Counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
