Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates and manages the clinical care of patients in the GP and Peripheral Clinics.
Supervise the GP’s in their daily duties.
Acts as Clinical Consultant with problematic cases for the other GP’s.
Liaises with the Chief of FCMD on medical education, both continuing medical education of clinical staff and primary education of medical students within the GP and Peripheral Clinics.
Responsible for orientation of new medical staff within the GP and Peripheral Clinics.
Ensures medical staff comply with hospital PPG’s and terms and conditions.
Participates in on-call duties within the Family & Community Medicine Department.
Responsible for preparation of duty rosters for GP’s and Peripheral Clinics.
تنسيق وادارة الرعاية الطبية للمرضى في العيادات العامة والمستوصف.
الإشراف على اطباء العيادات العامة في واجباتهم اليومية.
القيام بعمل استشاري سريري مع الحالات الإشكالية لأطباء العيادات العامة الآخرين.
التواصل مع رئيس طب الاسرة والمجتمع بشأن التعليم الطبي ، والتعليم الطبي المستمر للموظفين الصحيين والتثقيف الاولي لطلاب الطب داخل العيادات العامة والمستوصف.
مسؤول عن توجيه الطاقم الطبي الجديد داخل العيادات العامة والمستوصف.
التأكيد على امتثال الطاقم الطبي لشروط وسياساتوأحكام الخاصة بالمستشفى.
المشاركة في المناوابات وفقاً لمتطلبات قسم طب الاسرة والمجتمع.
مسؤول عن إعداد قوائم المناوبة للعيادات العامة والمستوصف.
