Empowering Young Women Through Training and Mentorship

About us

Welcome to the TrainHer4Her program, an initiative under Youth Up Global aimed at empowering young women across Africa. We believe that every young woman deserves access to resources, mentorship, and training that will help her thrive in her personal and professional life. The program is a train-the-trainer Program specifically for young women between the age of 15 and 45 years to learn skills in Tech, Green career fields, and to empower them to become trainers too helping to groom other young women as mentors. Participants are usually groomed for self employment (Now called digital entrepreneurs or Freelancers), or they can seek employment opportunities from our partnering organizations.
