Accounting Manager – Infraroad Trading & Contracting LLC

To manage overall accounting department by maintaining the books of the company, ensuring proper recording /documentation and coordinating the work of accountants in all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, etc…)

Obejectives:

• Ensure that all transactions are registered as per accounts policies and procedures on daily basis.
• Ensure that the books of accounts are updated on daily basis.
• Ensure submission of periodic reports when required.
• Ensure to monitor and check if all entries are accurately recorded on daily basis.
• Ensure to audit the chart of accounts and reconcile it on monthly basis.
• Ensure that supporting documents and approvals are always obtained and secured with every transaction on daily basis.
• Ensure to Audit and maintain the fixed assets register and reconcile it on monthly basis.
• Ensure to monitor work progress in every task assigned to accounting staff on
  daily basis.
