1. Ensure branch meets the target set by the management for issuance of guarantee and collection of fees.2. Plan, formulate and design marketing activities to achieve the target set as well as represent and promote corporation’s business activities especially in serving SMEs in the contact of its role as a credit enhancer.3. Forecast and control branch’s operation cost to ensure that it is within budget.4. Ensure the quality of credit studies meet the criteria set by the credit department, accompanied with any changes takes place in the credit manual.5. Ensure any irregularities highlighted in Audit Report are rectified and recommended pre-emptive measure for implementation.6. Ensure compliance of the policies and procedures of the corporation are adhered to by all staff at all times.7. Monitor and check weekly and monthly reports are submitted to Head Office on time.8. Monitor attendance, performance and discipline of staff as well as plan and recommend staff development and requirements.9. Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time.
