Business Development Manager(Steel/Construction) – Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a growing Engineering Company in UAE. Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the Business Development efforts.

<br />- Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
<br />- Review and/or update pricing on existing parts
<br />- Review each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptable
<br />- Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
<br />- Provide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as needed
<br />- Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
<br />- Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
<br />- Revise pricing on existing parts and submit to customers
<br />- Get involved with quality issues either internally or at customer’s facility
<br />- Review and approve quotes before sending to customer. If not approved, work with estimators to revise
<br />- Interface with customers in an efficient and courteous manner
<br />- Track daily/monthly sales quotas and awards and report to management
<br />- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and other key indicators to the LES management team
<br />- Help develop and manage the execution of the sales plan
<br />- Coordinate and manage the sales/proposal process with LES marketing, estimator, project manager, and senior management team
<br />- Travel to prospective clients and markets as needed
<br />- Establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations
<br />- Perform other routine tasks as assigned

<br />Requirements- Proven track record in Business Development or Direct sales of Steel or Construction
<br />- Bachelor’s degree in any field- Ability to train and lead the Business Development Team
<br />- Experience working in the Chinese market
