This position will play a key role in the organization’s funding strategy and long-term financial security. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyse department finances and develop budgets that will keep the company’s costs down. Note: To apply this position, you must have experience in food & Beverage industry, Chain of restaurants working as finance manager in UAE. Requirements – · Proven 12 years of experience as a Finance Manager. · Proven strategic planning experience at the management level · Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis · Proven, expert level ability within Excel and PowerPoint · Advanced analytic, financial modelling and reporting skills · Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills · Qualified master degree in Finance, Economics, CA or related field. · Strong communication and presentation skills · Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus+ Responsibilities – · Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company · Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. · Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies · Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take · Maintain the financial health of the organization. · Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles · Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. · Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.. · Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities · Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained · Create business reports, analyze trends, and perform analysis to support business decisions.
