• Recruit the qualified staff .

• following Training and development process.
• Conduct the induction for the new joiner.
• ensure that all the team got the proper training Employee Self Service (ESS) .
• Developing the HR policy & procedure .

1. Administrative Role

• Ensure all employees are holding company residency, and it’s renewed at the right time.
• Manage payroll process to be sent on time to finance Dept.
• following up personal tasks .
