1. Coordinate all daily admin work of the department.
2. Monitor all staff and ensure policies are followed.
3. Following up employees productivity and recording it.
4. Maintaining all important reports and submitting them on time.
5. Visiting locations, if required, and providing support to staff and customers.
6. Working closely with Sales & Customer Service Departments.
