Program manager-Infrastructure – Wipro Limited

12-15 years of Industry experience with at least 6-8 years’ experience in Infrastructure projects in the following areas

Leading a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects in meeting tight timelines and ensuring quality of the deliverables
Must have multiple end-to-end Infrastructure Project experience in a multiple industry verticals
Must have experience of Project Management in IT as well as non-IT Space 
End-to-end implementation of large projects from initial stages of scoping, techno-commercial feasibility studies to material / machinery procurement, execution to final stages of implementation, quality compliance and acquiring of statutory approvals
Cross functional experience of large Project Management including Site management, Erection, Commissioning, Contract Management functions in the Infrastructure Sector. Good verbal, written, communication and documentation skills
Responsible for overall delivery of project.
Single point of contact to Customer
Monitor the progress of work associated and report to Customer
Help resolve project issues and, working with the Customer Executive Sponsor, participate in the escalation process as required.
Provide overall guidance and management support to the project team.
Develop and maintain the master implementation plan and set project standards.
Develop detailed plans to micro-manage major phases.
Manage resources allocation and utilization.
Conduct regular Governance Meetings and/or updates with other project members.
Escalate major project issues and problems to the CUSTOMER Steering Committee.
Review work products produced by project members / vendors / partners.
Monitor progress of project.
Manage the project in accordance with Wipro Project Management Methodology.
Establish and maintain communications with Customers and establish procedures for access to customer facilities, data & personnel.
Define and monitor support resources required for the project to facilitate these resources are available as scheduled
