• Assist HR Department colleagues in their routine functions
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
• Implement the recruitment plan in accordance with the requirement of the company policies and Saudization and other overarching laws and policies
• Participate in employee interviews, testing, and selection process
• Conduct all paperwork and formalities required for recruitment, selection, and induction training
• Screen and refer applicants for job openings, administer pre-employment tests, check references and conduct initial end final interview
• Updated recruitment database
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other events
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
