Sales Manager (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

Job Role:

Develops a yearly marketing plan and present it to the Regional Manager to help the company maintain and develop its rank in the business world in the region

Communicates as required internally as well as with customers and suppliers on all aspects of marketing, logistics and commercial activities

Maintains close rapport and good working relationship with all company customers and suppliers

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options

Sells the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Contacts potential and actual customers and send regular emails to inform them about the company’s services and promotions

Creates sales, customer service and marketing trend reports
