- Lead the commercial delivery of building projects
- Financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts
- Responsible for the preparation and implementation of Commercial Strategies, including communication to the Senior Management Team and negotiations with the contractor when required
- Responsible for the assurance of compliance with obligations under the contract for the Employer and Contractor on behalf of the Employer
- Responsible for the assurance of the measurement, evaluation, and negotiation of change
- Prepare, submit notification, and detailed for Extension of Time application and Statement at Completion
- Ensure the submission of progress payment applications, issuance of payment certificates, receipt of payment
