Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a multinational top tier building construction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE with global presence. Our client has experience working on landmark high-rise & multi-facet projects across the Middle East and is looking for a Sr. Quantity Surveyor (Hotel Project) in Fujairah, UAE to join immediately.

<br />This role will report directly to a Senior Manager and will form part of the project QS team. You’ll be working collaboratively with specialist sub-contractors as well as the Design, Planning, and Construction teams to achieve desired results. This opportunity will suit an Senior QS with demonstrable experience of working High-Rise Construction projects.

<br />Requirements- Proven QS experience.
<br />- Immediately available to join / relocate to Fujairah, UAE.
<br />- Degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
<br />- Excellent team player whilst also holding the ability to work independently on own initiative
<br />- Excellent time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
