Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a multinational top tier building construction company headquartered in Dubai, UAE with global presence. Our client has experience working on landmark high-rise & multi-facet projects and is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor in Fujairah, UAE.

<br />This is an entry level position that would shadow a more experienced surveyor. The goal of the junior quantity surveyor is to learn the proper way of managing project budgets and schedules.
<br />
<br />- Responsible for assisting in budget calculations, learning how to manage project deadlines, learning the governing rules and regulations, and performing proper client and employee relations actions. 
<br />- Must have an undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying. 
<br />- Should demonstrate leadership capabilities and must pass a background check
<br />- Must become familiar with department of transportation rules and guidelines.
<br />- Responsible for proper land surveying and proper reporting procedures, depending on company requirements. 
<br />- Requires frequent travel to project sites and to client locations to help establish a deadline and requirements for project completion.
<br />- Should have good computer skills and understand surveying software.

<br />Requirements- Qualification in Quantity Surveying from a reputed University
<br />- Highly motivated to learn and add value to Senior Management
<br />- 5-6 years experience working in a diverse organization
<br />
