1. Diagnose and troubleshoot applications bugs and errors.
2. Assist in developing and testing systems with the Software Development Manager
3. Prepare change requests in CGC System (ERP– Reporting ) and prepare the action plan for group discussion
• Analyze business requirements
• Hold meetings with business owners
• Develop reports changes
• Conduct tests (developers and users)
• Upload changes
• Monitor changes
4. Assists in the ERP Application
5. Support users with training, information, and troubleshooting
6. Maintain IT Support systems (Service Desk System, asset, etc.…) and answer all requests raised by users.
