Junior Software Developer For Guarantee System

1. Diagnose and troubleshoot applications bugs and errors.
2. Assist in developing and testing systems with the Software Development Manager
3. Prepare change requests in CGC System (Guarantee – Reporting ) and prepare the action plan for group discussion
• Analyze business requirements
• Conduct tests (developers and users)
• Upload changes
• Monitor changes
4. Assists in the Guarantee Application
5. Support users with training, information, and troubleshooting
6. Maintain IT Support systems (Service Desk System, asset, etc.…) and answer all requests raised by users.
