Driving Youthup Global Impact Across Africa
Our ambassadors and advocates are the local force behind our mission — leading grassroots engagement, advocacy, and implementation of Youthup Global programs across countries, cities, and communities.
They are the bridge between strategy and society.
WHO THEY ARE
At Youthup Global, our Ambassadors and Advocates are community-based leaders and ecosystem builders who expand the reach and impact of our work across countries, states, cities, and communities. They play a critical role in ensuring that our programs across both core pathways reach the young people who need them most:
Youthup Global Pathways
- Workforce Development Pathway
- Social Entrepreneurship Development Pathway
As well as our cross-cutting inclusion approach:
- DigitizeHer Campaign (Gender Inclusion)
They are not passive representatives. They are active drivers of impact and access.
Program Alignment & Representation
Ambassadors and Advocates at Youthup Global are not restricted to a single focus. They are empowered to choose and align with specific programs or initiatives across our ecosystem based on their interest, expertise, and local relevance. They can:
- Select a preferred Pathway — Workforce Development Pathway or Social Entrepreneurship Development Pathway
- Choose specific programs or initiatives under each pathway to represent
- Advocate for the DigitizeHer Campaign as part of our gender inclusion approach
- Represent multiple programs or initiatives simultaneously, based on capacity and alignment
This ensures flexibility, ownership, and deeper impact at the community level.
