- To maintain the quality of the panels constructed
- Ensure that panels are built in accordance with the specifications of the customer
- Optimum utilization of materials using for panel building avoiding wastages
- To do the completion of the work within the stipulated estimated time frame
- To follow the rules, policies & ethics of the company
