Duties & Responsibilities

Check Franchisee compliance to the standard itialuS branding.Check Franchisee’s presence in the local market in terms of defining the service that will be provided and its price.Hold a monthly meeting with the Franchisee’s staff who responsible for the sales (Business Development Managers) to guide them to the most innovative sales techniques.Regular rehearsal with Franchisee’s staff to make sure they have the required knowledge about the itialuS services portfolio.Discuss the sales plan and targets’ achievement with Franchisees for the relevant markets every quarter.Provide Franchisees with new ideas to create new leads sources.Coordination with Franchising Department Manager to repeat the Franchisee training or hold advanced training.Coordination with Marketing Agent to adapt and update the marketing campaigns to be more proactive.Detail all key responsibilitiesContribute to the planning and implementation of the capacity building based staff.
