Warranty Assistant – Alghanim Industries

• Process warranty claims and ensures legitimate claims which qualify to be covered under warranty are raised to the manufacturer.
• Ensure appropriate quality checks of Repair Orders done in order to minimize claim rejection.
• Maintained detailed knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
• Ensure warranty repair orders are invoiced and claims are submitted on time to manufacturer.
• Maintain clean record of claims generated, submitted and payment received.
• Provide better support to workshop on warranty concerns
