• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
• Design and carry out the tests which include making sure that everything works in different environments and across platforms.
• Analyze deficiencies in service or performance, and recommend improvements to address the problem.
• Troubleshoot systems to ensure reliability, usability and performance.
• Monitor software quality and the technical risks associated with the software development lifecycle.
• Manage testing for application deployments and assign testing activities to team.
• Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
• Debug test environment, automate sprints, and develop testing scenarios.
• Make sure that quality assurance standards are adequate.
• Plan, perform and oversee inspection and testing of products to ensure the quality deliverable.
• Provide quality assurance oversight for system related issues.
• Inspect data to detect areas for improvement.
• Implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process.
