Senior Business Development Executive – Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a growing joinery and wood fit-out factory. Our client is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Senior Business Development Executive to help them expand their clientele. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

<br />- Qualify leads as sales opportunities. 
<br />- Contact / visit potential client decision makers.
<br />- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
<br />- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the competitive market.
<br />- Set up meetings or calls with (prospective) clients.

<br />Requirements- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or similar role in Joinery/Fit-out product sales. 
<br />- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
<br />- Track record of achieving sales quotas in B2B.
<br />- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
<br />- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
<br />- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
<br />- UAE Driving License.
