- Experience in Water- Cooled Chillers Maintenance in District Cooling Plant.
- Experience on Chillers & HVAC System Operation (Pumps, Cooling Towers, Air Separators, etc.
- Knowledge of HVAC system parameters (Water temperatures, pressures, chemical treatment system).
- Capable of diagnose and define issues related to HVAC system mal-functioning.
- Chiller monitoring and parameters control.
- Carry out normal operations of different reciprocating and centrifugal chillers.
- Carry out normal operation of air handling units package units, mini splits and fan coil units.
- Prepare the chiller pumps and cooling towers for starting as and when required.
- Aware of all parameters in operation modern centrifugal chillers and
- maintain performance and safety of the equipment.
