Academic Solution Consultant – Arabian Advanced Systems

• Gain and maintain expert knowledge on planning, assessment, and accreditation platform functionalities by understanding application behavior and contextual uses of the functionalities
• Gathering and prioritizing platform and customer requirements, defining the platform vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop, revise, and update training materials/sessions within the assigned functional area.
• Provide support to the system users.
• Troubleshoot non-technical issues that arise from general use of the system.
• Perform required system administrator tasks.
