Business Analyst – The Blue Group

About your role:

You will be working closely with the Commercial Manager to analyze and understand drivers of performance in the business:

·      Provide actionable insights on consumers, shoppers, competitors, and customers, with goal of improving overall business intelligence

·      Identify business risks and opportunities and forecast future results

·      Complete business analyses and reporting for senior management

·      Work collaboratively with cross functional partners from Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, and others to provide holistic, integrated answers to business questions

·      Determine best courses of action to address business risks/opportunities and help identify the activities needed to achieve positive results

·      Leverage experience and business knowledge to be a thought leader and advisor for the organization

·      Help ensure that data and analyses are flowing within the organization and that insights are getting to those who need them

·      Effectively interact with key stakeholders and leaders, potentially in 1×1 situations, to present clear and compelling analyses and recommendations

·      Be a consultative partner that can pull various subject matter experts and data sources together to solve tough problemsresponsible for planning and implementing store operations effectively and efficiently
