A.Grow Customer portfolio
A1. Secure comfort level and optimize existing portfolio.
A2. Acquire new customers through individual prospecting actions.
A3. Promote the new commercial offers.
A4. Lead tender response in collaboration with the Front Office Management and supporting Middle Office functions.
A5. Build and present proposal to customers.
B. Ensure transmission of commitment to customer to Middle Office
B1. Establish Customer Profile per customer expectations.
B2. Transmit to the Customer Operation Support the Customer Profile specifying the arrangements with customers and specific operational procedures. Ensure Full understanding and seek validation from Middle Office.
B3. Exchange business information with the Bolloré Logistics network abroad.
B4. Transmit to the financial services the information required by the account opening procedures.
C. Monitor financial outstanding
C1. Monitor the creditworthiness of customers / prospects in relation to financial services.
C2. Draft commercial contracts according to the regulations, if necessary, in cooperation with the Legal Service.
C3. Estimate the risks / losses from litigation in conjunction with the Financial & Legal Services.
C4. Collect debts under the legislation.
C5. Follow with the management the profitability of customer accounts.
C6. Establish the annual budget exercise in consultation with their line manager.
D. Report and release information
D1. Establish the business actions plan.
D2. Participate in internal meetings.
D3. Analyze individual performance with the hierarchy.
In charge of specific communication tasks (sponsoring, events, etc.) and participate in
business promotion operations
