Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Ensures calls are answered within predetermined time scales and are with in a professional manner
- Handle customers’ complaints and enquiries
- Liaise and coordinate with Service Provider to resolve customer issues
- Update the call center CRM system with all customer’s complaints on timely basis to ensure a fast retrieval of information as and when required.
- Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
- Interact with customers through chat and emails.
- Live Monitoring of the orders to ensure that the Service provider is following the KPIs set by the operations
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
