Civil Engineer – Al Naser Al Fedy General Construction LLC

We are looking for One Civil Engineer with 5 to 8 years Experience in Dibba, Al Fujairah. The ideal candidate must have a proven experience in High-rise villa construction.

Job Description

• Knowledge of civil engineering and villa construction principles and methods.
• Able to work in a team and individual management.
• Able to make a cost-effective estimation/ quotation for villa. ie, Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.
• Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
