• Applicant must be available in Qatar with a NOC & transferable work Visa…OR Secondment Letter
• Position Civil Engineer
  Reporting To Senior Civil Engineer
  o Bachelor of Engineering in Civil discipline.
  o Minimum of 8 years working experience in building maintenance
  o Good knowledge on maintenance of structures, architecture, road and drainage works.
  And also knowledge on quantity surveying will be an advantage.
  o Good report writing skills for submission of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Technical
  evaluation, Cost Benefit Analysis and recommendation proposals for improvement
  works.
  o Team player and able to lead a team of Engineers and contractors.
  o Computer literacy (e.g. Auto Cad, PRO-E, MS Office)
  o Enforces and adopt safety measures among all of his subordinates and contractors.
  o Attend to all breakdown complaints or ad-hoc requests. Follow-up with the contractors
  on all Service Orders for any requirement of materials, review quotes, process purchase
  orders and close the Service Orders on CAFM upon job completion. Consistently update
  CAFM on the Service Order status with the latest information.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: QAR6,000.00 – QAR6,200.00 per month
