Liaise CS division’s plans with all partners to manage regionally the retail CRM. Take the lead on the customers issues and follow problems through to resolution to cover daily activities and complaints, Service provider monthly performance review, and associated KPI’s, as well regularly meet the clients to review performance and address their concerns and issues and be able to design practical and optimal plans whenever needed to enhance the performance in association with commercial team
Responsible for manage and regularly update dynamic operational key performance indicators to maintain proper tracking on the various operations areas such as and not limited to
- Warehousing operations.
- Transport management.
- Meet the business needs to ensure providing the proper service to the targeted clients in an efficient approach. In addition, track and fulfill any special projects requirement to deliver the business aims
- Track the overall performance of the products returns operations and processing to maintain proper control and compliance as per the company’s policies
