PROFILE DESCRIPTION:
1. Monitor Field activities to assure best attendance and closing
2. Insure Customer support Remote fault resolution: fiber & Copper services
3. Insure Online support for both provisioning and service assurance FOTs.
4. Handling Manual Provisioning of Non-Automated or Partially Automated products/services
5. Update network records
6. Insure CS Strategy to improve customer experience & first call resolution .
7. Insure Customer Experience Optimization.
8. Proactive follow-ups and support for resolution of faults and pending Consumers SRs
9. KPI Monitoring & reporting.
10. Proactive monitoring of E2E faults Clearance
11. CCNA / CCIE Certified
