uRole Purpose: Perform repair and preventative maintenance of marketing equipment ( Vending, Cooler , Fountain ) to meet customer expectations and MEM costs objectives.

vAccountabilities:

1.     Repair marketing equipment as per standard diagnosis and repair procedures to minimize customer downtime and rework requirement

2.     Educate customers on basic equipment repair and maintenance.

3.     Execute scheduled maintenance schedule as per plan in a cost effective and timely fashion to minimse irregular breakdowns.

4.     Collect EWO accurate and complete information as per MEM assets policy at every call.

5.     Perform product quality tests at every call as per MEM QS & R standards.

6.     Perform all activities in a safe manner as per local Safety standards.

7.     Operate & maintain service vehicles as per standard regulations

wKPI Measures

• Repair         Response Time.
• % Fixed Right First Time
• % of Routine calls plan met.
• Service Productivity ( Repairs / day )
• % EWOs complete as per Policy

xKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Technical background with min. 3 years in refrigeration.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Good customer service skills.
