Group Procurement Manager

1.     Implements check points on the procurement process to ensure that the item being acquired meets the specification of the requesting party

2.     Implements a system that would screen, monitor, prefer and develop supplier which consistently meet our quality and delivery specifications

3.     Negotiates and checks both capability of suppliers to provide critical requirements related to the items

4.     Benchmarks within and across industries to network with reputable suppliers, gets comparative data and acquires best practices on materials management

5.     Checks quotations, PO and makes sure that all are aligned to the approved budget

6.     Places order and gets updates from the supplier

7.     Performs other duties as may be assigned or required of the job from time to time by Immediate Superior
