Responsible for planning, objectives setting, manpower recruiting, resources allocation, creating department chart, Job description related activities, functions implementation, organizing and directing the activities and staff of the Human Resources Department.
•Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
•Acts as strategic partner with top management to ensure that HR business programs align with vision and strategic goals of the hospital and to support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
•Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
•Responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition efforts for Clinical/ non clinical positions through cooperation with line managers to align talent acquisition resources with business objectives, manages their perspectives and resolves and anticipates conflicts.
•Undertakes research and benchmarks against Organizational Effectiveness practices in healthcare.
•Build a quality assurance program that is tied to performance review process.
•Ensuring organizational conformation with applicable HR related regulations and statutes as well as organizational procedures and policies.
