Post discharge, follow up with INP customers after discharge for booking any service regarding to their case
Chronic cases, follow up by diagnosis in chronic cases to book any service regarding to their case
Cross Selling, services’ promotion in medical way Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Build an outstanding service experience through good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
Establish an effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals.
