Online Sales – Junior Executive – Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros.Co. (AAB)
- Receive vehicle quotation and Test drive requests from the call center and AAB website
- Record all online customer contacts and related information, updating records to develop opportunities for future business and enabling effective prospecting and customer follow-up to take place.
- Follow-up with customers and contact them by providing quotation. Help them to buy desired vehicle.
- Continually develop knowledge relating to market trends in a proactive manner and in line with various internal and external training opportunities
- Contribute and assist with the development of various sales promotions, showroom , internal and external events in line with the company policy and identified customer needs.
- Maintain quality standards of dress, attitude, customer care, honesty, health and safety in order to portray a professional image to customers at all times
