Production Planning Lead – Honeywell

Where Do You Fit In?

• We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Production Planning Lead to be based in our Mask Production Factory in Al Ain, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for ensure the smooth operation of production in the mask workshop. You will lead a team of Production Operators to ensure all finished products meet all quality requirements and are delivered on-time.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

• ·         Control and management of product production, processing quality and product identification.
• ·         Check and monitor the safety, civilized production and process discipline at the production site.
• ·         The arrangement of workshop production tasks and site management.
• ·         Implementation of post skill training for employees.
• ·         Performance assessment of production line employees.
• ·         Attendance of production line personnel and management of labor protection appliances.
• ·         Be responsible for the normal implementation of the production plan.
• ·         Coordinate the normal supply of materials to ensure accurate delivery on daily basis.
• ·         Organize production level meeting to solve production problems quickly.
• ·         Ensure any abnormality is identified, isolated and reported to the team leader.
