3. Experienced in Troubleshooting for Network Performance Degradation..
4. Excellent experience in Optimization of UMTS & LTE Parameters and Features in order to improve KPIs and User Experience.
5. Strong Knowledge in UMTS and LTE RF Cell Planning.
6. Multi-Carriers Network Experience & VoLTE Experience are Preferred
7. Physical RF Optimization of Azimuth , E-tilt /M-tilt ,height to meet Coverage / Capacity / Quality requirements.
8. End-user / VIP Customer Complaint Investigation & Troubleshooting (E2E Trace).
9- Capability to handle Evens and Assure Network Performance & User Perceptions.
