• Responsible for business plans (forecast, budgeting, buying etc.)
• Driving business to achieve all sales targets including value, volume, and profitability
• Establish and maintain a successful work culture. Recruit, retain, and develop an effective retail team.
• Plan and execute marketing/sale events.
• Manage and improve the operational systems, specifically, support better management
• reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
• Reviewing weekly and monthly market performance, P&L, KPI’s, MS reports with management and with retail team.
• Drive for results and leaderships skills
