Primarily the resource should have implementation and support experience in Technical (ABAP HR) and Functional (SAP HR: Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll)
Must have end to end SAP implementation cycle experience as SAP techno functional
Should have SAP experience of more than 8 years as a Consultant in SAP HCM implementation, preferably in Oil & gas sector
Strong process experience in SAP HCM and good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
