About the Job
- Set and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, increase volume, and maximize revenue and profits.
- Generate strategic leads and perform a complete sales cycle with interested customers within defined quality and sales procedures and deadlines.
- Carry out yearly sales planning – create and follow-up on the business plan
- Ensure sales plan implementation throughout the year, evaluate the progress, and adjust the plan if needed.
- Lead strategic cooperation with other departments.
- Review, evaluate, and adjust if needed sales procedures and ways to achieve better results.
