Visa Processing Officer/ Immigration Consultant

• Candidate must have minimum 1 year of visa processing experience or/and Immigration Consultant experience for Canada or Australia.
• Expertise must be related to – Canada/ Australia PR filing, Visit Visa, Study Visa.
• Providing high standard advice on migration and visa matters to prospects & clients
• Proactively & regularly advising on and promoting our services over the telephone and via email
• Providing support to clients on any issues they may have and maintaining current client and potential client relationships
• Preparing action plans and follow up schedules to meet specified monthly targets- Liaising with other Government agencies & departments and other relevant institutions to accomplish processing requirements
• Keep clients regularly informed of progress of their application;
• Maintain up-to date knowledge of migration legislation and policies and adhering to applicable codes of conduct.
• Must have good written and verbal English communication skills
• Professional, confident, proactive and motivated attitude;
