Why YouthupForHer Exists
Across Africa, women are underrepresented in fields where the future is being built — tech, AI, engineering, data science, energy, and innovation. But the future doesn’t need more observers. It needs builders. Creators. Problem-solvers. Leaders.
We created YouthupForHer to bridge this gap — by creating a pipeline of well-mentored, highly skilled, impact-driven African women who can thrive in global opportunities, lead local change, and mentor the next generation.

Built under the broader mission of Youthup Global, this flagship initiative is dedicated to young African women between the ages of 15–35 who are ready to rise, lead, and build solutions that matter.
